Immediate start - Location: 84048 Mainburg (DE), Lone Oak, TX

Your tasks will include:


  • You will be involved in the planning and forecasting process as well as all aspects of daily business
  • You will handle coordination processes between the respective management, functional areas of the company, and external business partners
  • You will lead our sales support team
  • You will act as a liaison between sales and customers, ensuring that our processes are followed
  • You will support, coordinate, and independently lead various strategic projects, including resource management
  • You will actively work on joint salespromoting measures (e.g. with marketing, HAIX stores, and the webshop)

What you bring to the table:

  • You have a commercial education with relevant professional experience in a similar position
  • You have several years of leadership experience in a similar role (experience in a manufacturing company is an advantage)
  • Your expertise lies in the conception, rollout, and implementation of strategies and projects
  • You have a selfsufficient and goaloriented working style with a handson mentality
  • Discretion, initiative, and strong teamwork skills complete your profile
  • Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken, combined with proficient MS Office knowledge
