Work model:
Full-time, 40 hours per week with full flexibility
Location:
Hamburg, Bremen, or remote (Germany)
Responsibilities:
- Processing existing leads from SalesViewer or similar tools for customer acquisition
- Researching departments and decisionmakers through common B2B platforms, databases, websites, and directly via phone
- Initiating first contact with potential customers via phone, email, and social media
- Obtaining written consent from decisionmakers for further sales communication
- Coordinating appointments and handing over further activities to our sales team
- Working closely with our marketing team
Qualifications:
- Professional experience in telephone sales ideally in a B2B environment
- Enjoyment of professional outbound telesales for software products and services
- Sales talent, strong communication skills, persuasion, and enthusiasm
- Determination and a strong desire to determine personal success through one's own performance
- Fluent in German with strong negotiation skills
