Your tasks:


  • Independent planning, design and implementation of multiweek coaching sessions
  • Conducting needsbased counseling sessions with people from various fields using individual goals
  • Supporting participants in job marketrelated topics such as application training, coaching for job interviews, etc.
  • Individual and group coaching

Your profile:


  • Completed degree in the pedagogical field (e.g. educational sciences, psychology) or comparable qualification
  • Professional experience in counseling or coaching
  • Knowledge of the (regional) job market
  • Independent, structured work style and organizational skills
  • Empathy and resilience
  • Proficient in common MS Office programs
