- Obsess over the experience we deliver to delight our customers, build intuition for the impact our accessories will have on the overall Aescape experience.
- Partnering with system/partner product management, industrial design, product marketing and research, you'll develop a vision and roadmap for our physical accessories and apparel that aligns with the overall company objectives and market trends.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape within the accessories and apparel space.
- Design metrics and KPIs that bridge our innovative technology and customer experience to enable tracking and performance improvements.
- Working with system/partner product management, industrial design, product marketing and research you'll test and validate hypotheses to improve our experience, delivering new and novel accessories that have a meaningful impact on our users.
- Develop and lead the product development process from ideation to launch, collaborating closely with industrial design, engineering, and manufacturing teams to ensure timely and successful execution of product initiatives.
- Define product requirements and price segments.
- Participate in all new apparel & accessories launches in coordination with sale, marketing, and partner teams. Monitor performance, enabling consistent sales growth from these releases.
- Collaborate with Aescape retail leads to identify opportunities and react.
- Critically analyze member feedback findings from multiple data streams and drive product improvements back into the market.
- Five years+ working with consumer goods or apparel. At least two of these years as a product manager.
- Solid product management skills, the ability to think customer first.
- Proven track record of successfully managing product lifecycle from ideation to launch.
- Curiosity and a passion for both wellness and our customers.
- A working knowledge of physical good development and supply chain.
- Experience working within a fast past product development environment.
- A background of structured problem solving and a data-driven approach, familiarity with analytics and comfort with developing metrics & reports.
- Experience working with international suppliers and manufacturers is a plus.

Aescape is looking for an Accessories Product Manager with experience working with physical accessories and apparel that live in support of a larger product platform. You'll be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of our accessories product line, from ideation through launch. You'll create the accessories vision and roadmap, delivering accessories at the intersection of advanced technology and wellness. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including system/partner product, industrial design, manufacturing, marketing, and sales to drive the success of our accessories portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, a keen eye for trends, and a passion for delivering high-quality accessories that exceed customer expectations. While this role is focused specifically on physical accessories and apparel, you'll also work closely with our hardware team as we develop future versions of our platform.This role is based in NY
The Accessories Product Manager sits within the Aescape Product Management Team and reports to the Director of Hardware Product Management.
