Domestic Product Manager – Neckwear, Formalwear, Accessories

Role Overview

The Product Manager for Neckwear, Formalwear and Accessories will manage the entire life cycle of the product from planning, production, and delivery into the warehouse.

• Manage the product development process from inception to production, ensuring all cross-functional partners are doing their part following the development calendar
• Ensure that all materials are selected, ordered, tracked
• Manage product development; handlooms, trims, protos, SMS delivery
• Act as the main contact with vendors and material suppliers
• Maintain all records, documentation of submits, prices, etc.
• Monitor and manage inventories of raw materials where necessary
• Issue PO's for fabrics and finished goods, enter into system
• Correspond daily with factories on all developments and production
• Monitor, track, and report on production in process, maintain system integrity, ensure all records are up to date
• Communicate daily with logistics partners & warehouse to ensure on-time deliveries

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, as well as familiarity with data warehouses and database management
• Highly organized record keeping and data organization
• Strong project management and multi-tasking skills with critical attention to detail and follow through
• Maintains a positive and professional attitude towards team, vendors, and clients
• Domestic production experience required
