    Job Summary

    • $15 per hour

    Front Desk Agents play a crucial role in welcoming guests, providing exceptional service throughout their stay, and handling check-outs efficiently. Their main duties include registering guests, managing reservations, and offering concierge services. The key responsibilities are:

    Responsibilities

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • High School diploma or equivalent required; Relevant college coursework is a plus
    • Previous experience in a hotel or similar setting preferred
    • Positive attitude with a strong focus on customer service
    • Ability to multitask, pay attention to detail, and solve problems effectively
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Ability to work well under pressure
    • Familiarity with financial data and basic math functions
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
    • Flexibility to work varying schedules, including weekends and holidays
    • Understanding of hotel services and products
    • Capability to contribute to a positive work environment

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Interact with guests and colleagues in a friendly and helpful manner
    • Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to company standards
    • Follow hotel policies and regulations to ensure a safe environment
    • Welcome guests warmly and assist with inquiries at the Front Desk
    • Operate the telephone switchboard efficiently
    • Handle guest requests and provide information about hotel services
    • Communicate effectively with team members and other departments
    • Stay informed about rates, promotions, and hotel activities
    • Assist with reservations and follow proper procedures
    • Understand and follow emergency protocols
    • Complete check-ins and check-outs courteously
    • Utilize Front Desk computer systems effectively
    • Deliver guest items promptly as requested
    • Maintain knowledge of property amenities and local attractions
    • Perform other assigned duties to support hotel operations
