- Vocational TrainingAutohaus Ressle has been operating a vehicle workshop with the brands ŠKODA, Volkswagen, Audi and VW Commercial Vehicles in Ludenhausen for over 60 years. More than 20 employees (m/f/d) and 3 apprentices (m/f/d) ensure competent service and the sale of new and used vehicles from the Volkswagen Group. Our company also includes a transportation company for passenger transport. This area includes approximately 80 drivers (m/f/d) and 70 minibuses.
Responsibilities
- Customer service in all phases of the service process from initial contact to vehicle return
- Active marketing of service and repair services
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and professional complaint management
- Actively identifying customer needs and repair requirements
- Order and appointment tracking
