We are currently looking for a
Area Manager (m/f/d) for our client in
Geiselwind, with a long-term opportunity for permanent employment.


Your responsibilities include:


  • As an operational area manager, you are responsible for productivity, quality of performance, results, and employees as well as customer satisfaction.
  • You ensure the implementation of ambitious customer requirements.
  • You have both the professional and disciplinary responsibility for personnel.
  • This includes, among other things, scheduling, task distribution, and professional development of your team.
  • You develop optimizations for our work processes and implement them with your team.
  • You are responsible for collecting information from the operational business.
  • You keep an eye on key figures and report them regularly.
  • You are a reliable contact person for our customer for all questions regarding the operational daily business.
  • You set processes and ensure compliance with them, as well as with legal and collective bargaining regulations at the location.
