Quality Assurance Employee with knowledge of electrical components (m/f/d)
to join our team at our location in Aschersleben, St. Charles, MN, as soon as possible on a full-time basis.

Your responsibilities will include:

Conducting product audits
Participation in quality planning
Conducting specific electrical testing procedures
Conducting laboratory tests (mechanical properties, dimensional measurements, possibly 3D metrology)
Evaluation of supplier samples (VDA 2 regulations)
Conducting incoming goods inspections (mechanical/electrical)
Participation in complaint processing
Analytical evaluation of measurement results
Conducting UL and CSA audits
Preparation of quality documentation

Your qualifications:

Completed vocational training as an electric motor builder, electrician, or mechatronics technician
Several years of professional experience in quality assurance
Knowledge of quality techniques such as 8D reports, Pareto analysis, root cause analysis, and risk analysis
Good MS Office and IT skills
Excellent Excel skills
Knowledge of AX and QDA databases
Strong quality
