What can you expect?

Direct involvement in restructuring and M&A projects and quick integration into the project team
Active support in market and company analyses and creation of project presentations
Deep insights into all phases of a company transaction and the daily business of an M&A consultant
Participation in the search and approach of potential investors in the context of company transactions

What should you bring?

At least 4 semesters in business administration or a comparable degree program
Good academic performance and analytical, structured thinking
First relevant practical experience is an advantage
Very good English and German skills
Strong communication skills and team spirit as well as a solution-oriented way of working.
