With over 2,000 employees, we provide support in our residential, counseling, employment, and leisure services to help our clients live as independently as possible. We offer inclusive and respectful support tailored to their individual needs.

Residential facility 8 is located directly at Monbijou Park and is easily accessible by public transportation. The facility is home to adults with intellectual and complex disabilities, living in small groups of eight people each. The teams typically consist of seven to nine members.

You will actively participate in shaping the content and organizational processes of the facility and, together with the team, ensure high-quality support:

Assisting clients in their daily lives, taking into account their personal wishes

Accompanying clients in various leisure activities to promote active participation

Promoting individual skills, particularly in communication

Providing care and carrying out medical orders

Communicating with parents, relatives, legal guardians, and workplaces

Developing work goals and steps based on the HMBW procedure and documenting them using software
