- Provides technical, administrative, and operational management of assigned projects or tasks, including contract and subcontractor management.
- Participate in developing technical project plans, proposals, reports, task orders, and administrative reporting.
- Conduct security Infrastructure assessments.
- Ensure information assurance integration, planning, analysis, and documentation of enterprise systems.
- Ensure and monitor the security of the enterprise infrastructure and systems.
- Conduct Security Assessment Reports, Risk Assessments, and System Security plans.
- US Citizen
- Must have or be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance.
- IAT Level II Certification (CompTIA Sec+, CySA+, equivalent or higher).
- Eight (4+) years of experience in the information technology field.
- BA/BS degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field with a comprehensive understanding of computer science concepts.
- Experience with DoD security hardening, collection, and assessment tools (STIGs, ACAS SCAP, Nessus, etc.).
- Experience with security architectures, firewalls, and network access.
- Familiar with Cybersecurity documentation and system authorization artifacts (System Security Plan, lifecycle documentation, continuous monitoring plan, Security Assessment Plan, Security Assessment Report, Risk Assessment, etc.).
- Knowledge of Risk Management Framework (RMF) Knowledge Services.
- Microsoft Office suite and working knowledge of Microsoft Visio.
- DoD Secret Clearance
- AA/AS degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field with a comprehensive understanding of computer science concepts.
- Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA).
- System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM).
- Experience in Army Network Enterprise Center operations to include capabilities, tools, procedures, and operational constructs.
- Ability to multitask, organize, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
- Capable of conveying complex information simplistically.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong self-starter requiring minimal supervision.
- US Citizenship is required.

- DOD Security Clearance is required (Secret-Level minimum).
- A DOD Interim Security Clearance (Secret-Level minimum) is accepted until full DOD Security Clearance has been granted.
