- Provide technical support to our sales representatives, sales managers and customers to solve complex problems
- Help train and support sales representatives and colleagues
- Help develop new training and technical support materials
- Provide support for key sales, training, or research initiatives
- Complete technical audits and reviews for key accounts
- Provide technical support for large account proposals
- Participate in special projects as assigned by management
- 10+ years of industrial water treatment
- Bachelor's degree chemistry, engineering, biology or other science required
- Extensive experience in boiler water and cooling water sales
- Experience in raw water, wastewater, and process treatment a plus
- Mechanical aptitude with excellent problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Great organizational skills, close attention to detail, excellent follow through, and ability to multi-task all a must
- Must have a positive attitude, a commitment to client service and a willingness to support the office team with a variety of assignments
- Must possess high-level of professionalism and strong communication skills
