We are currently looking for dedicated and motivated
production assistants/bakers/pastry chefs (m/f/d) to join our bakery in Niedergörsdorf (OT Altes Lager).


As a production assistant/baker/pastry chef (m/f/d), you will support the team in the production of baked goods and contribute to a smooth production process.


Your main tasks depending on previous experience:

  • Dough preparation and manual processing
  • Baking bread, rolls, pastries, and fine baked goods
  • Production and processing of fillings and decorations
  • Monitoring and controlling fermentation and baking processes
  • Handling of equipment and machinery
  • Packaging of small baked goods
  • Picking and packing of goods
  • Cleaning of baking utensils

Your profile:

  • You enjoy baking and have a good eye for appealing baked goods.
  • You have previous experience in the production of baked goods.
  • Ideally, you have completed an apprenticeship as a baker or pastry chef.
  • You are reliable, conscientious, and have a strong sense of quality.
  • You are physically fit and able to work well in a team.
