    **JOB TITLE:**

    Entry-Level Sales Representative

    **JOB SUMMARY:**

    Turner Dairy is once again excited to add more talent to our expanding sales force. Turner Dairy Farms, a family-owned company, is looking for a self-starter to fill an Entry- Level Sales Representative position. The sales representative will be responsible for opening, servicing, and growing existing and new accounts in addition to growing Turners value-added product line. The territory for this sales representative will be within Turners existing tri-state service area. This is an entry-level position.

    **JOB REQUIREMENTS:**

    An individual with the following characteristics: independent, enthusiastic, self-driven, entrepreneurial spirit, competitive, highly motivated, goal-oriented and strong work ethic. Customer service oriented with excellent communication skills one-on-one, in large groups and the ability to create and communicate presentations. Attention to detail and good time management skills. Ability to learn and utilize Turners accounting software and knowledge in Microsoft office preferred. Enjoys being a team player and working well with others. Valid drivers license with safe driving record and ability to drive daily to customer locations. This position is well-suited for a candidate with 1 year of sales experience or recent college graduate.

    **JOB DUTIES:**

    Ensure high post-sale satisfaction and facilitate positive long-term relationships to secure repeat business Develop and maintain favorable distribution of product line within the customer base Keep the sales director advised on matters of specific business interest such as market conditions, competitive situations, product needs, etc. Maintain regular contact with customers to ensure superior service and customer relations through in person visits, emails, and other modes of communication Develop and maintain an on-going HOT LIST with prospect and leads. Responsible for merchandising standards and guidelines Attend trade shows and related promotional activities as needed Assist in establishing selling prices and delivering sales targets as outlined by sales director Call on buyer, retail operations and any internal / external resources that can influence execution Prepare and execute sales presentations while utilizing fact-based selling techniques Penetrate customer organization to identify decision makers and influencers while building rapport, trust, and credibility Work with marketing resources to develop and deliver customized programming Perform cooler resets and other merchandising duties as needed
