    Vaco Los Angeles is working with a client in the Biopharmaceutical industry who is looking for a contract administrator to help support their Legal team with all contract administration.

    As a

    Contract Administrator


    your key job responsibilities will include drafting, proofreading, and editing contracts, tracking contracts through negotiations, and admin support to the Legal team.

    This opportunity is located in El Segundo and will be in office at a hybrid schedule. This opportunity is looking to pay between $33-$36/hr on a temp to hire basis.

    Job Duties:
    Providing administrative and data entry support to Legal team
    Drafting, proof reading, and editing contracts
    Tracking contracts throughout negotiation, approval, and distribution process
    Maintaining contract tracking spreadsheet

    Job Qualifications:

    2-3 years experience working as a contract administrator required for role
    Strong experience using MS office suites including, Word, Excel, and outlook required
    Bachelors Degree preferred
    Strong ability to work in a flexible and fast paced environment
