- Video Production & Editing: Conceptualize, shoot, and edit video content that aligns with our brand's messaging and audience's interests. This includes pre-production planning, operating video cameras during shoots, and post-production editing.
- Content Creation: Work closely with the creative team to develop creative ideas and multimedia content that enhances our brand's presence and engages our audience.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members, to ensure a cohesive visual style and to meet project goals.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud: Must have expert knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other Adobe Creative Cloud applications.
- Video Production Skills: Experience in all aspects of video production, including filming with DSLR cameras and using sound, lighting, and other video equipment.
- Graphic Design Expertise: Ability to create visually appealing digital content. Assist internal marketing department with the creation of short form videos to post on corporate social media, website and intranet.
- Teamwork - Willing to follow or lead based on the team's needs.
- Communication - ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups and audiences.
- Reliability and Consistency -Demonstrates self-discipline in all areas, including attendance and timeliness in job performance. Ability to maintain confidentiality when required
- Currently enrolled in a construction related degree and/or business related degree
- Eagerness to learn and positive attitude
- Strong work ethic. Highly motivated and willing to do what it takes to get the job done right
- Good attention to detail, with the ability to recognize discrepancies
