- Partner with our asset management clients to help drive more efficient and effective distribution strategies through a combination of Broadridge data and solutions paired with client data and systems
- Maintain and build relationships with key stakeholders in the asset management industry
- Partner with Broadridge colleagues across groups to develop custom analytical solutions as required by clients
- Act as a project manager on custom consulting engagements with clients helping to drive value at the client and ensure solutions are being leverages effectively
- Translate raw data into meaningful insights and recommendations for clients
- Create and deliver presentations that effectively translate complex ideas into actionable insights
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, economics, statistics, psychology, sociology, or other relevant field (10+ years experience preferred)
- Strong problemsolving skills and willingness to think creatively is required
- Experience in asset management distribution and familiarity with vendors, data, and systems being used today
- Understanding and ability to discuss statistical analysis and modeling
- Ability to present complex data sets and analysis in easy to understand ways
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills are required
- Proven ability to effectively build and maintain relationships with clients
- Experience processing and analyzing large data sets. Expertise with Excel is required
- Experience in consulting or project management is strongly preferred
- Ability to thrive in an environment with limited oversight on a daytoday basis
- A client centric attitude and willingness to meet the constantly changing needs of clients is required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Solid understanding of product uses and value propositions
- Ability to work within a diverse team and serve a variety of stakeholders with different priorities
- Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail
- Demonstrated project management experience
- Ability to quickly learn tools and technical processes necessary to delivery ongoing analytical outputs to clients (Excel, R, SQL, and Python)
