    Description

    Position Title: FCCM Functional Consultant

    Position Summary: As an FCCM Functional Consultant, you will collaborate within a scrum team to translate designs and concepts into functional solutions for Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA) Financial Crimes and Compliance Management (FCCM) modules, focusing on Customer Screening (CS), Know Your Customer (KYC), and Enterprise Case Management (ECM). With expertise in OFSAA FCCM solutions, you'll engage with stakeholders, architects, engineers, and product managers to plan, design, develop, test, and implement solutions aligning with compliance requirements impacting large institutions. Your role demands strong domain knowledge in CS, KYC, and ECM alongside proven analytical skills to optimize systems and enhance performance. Your responsibilities include configuration of FCCM modules, ongoing maintenance, performance improvement, rule tuning, security configuration, alert type identification, workflow development, and support for OFSAA FCCM suite products. You'll also liaise with Oracle Support for issue resolution and assist in production deployment.

    WHAT YOU'LL DO:

    • Agile Collaboration: Begin each day with a scrum, collaborating within the team to understand priorities, address issues, and align on coding tasks. Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint demos, to showcase completed work.
    • Team Collaboration: Foster teamwork by proactively communicating with peers, resolving challenges, and sharing knowledge to enhance team productivity. Engage in peer collaboration to ensure smooth progress.
    • Product Development: Leverage technical expertise to implement solutions efficiently within an Agile framework. Be hands-on and proactive in addressing potential issues to deliver polished products.
    • Diverse Responsibilities: Experience a dynamic work environment with varied tasks, from collaborating with global team members to meeting leadership and handling ad hoc requests.
    • Influential Communication: Present confidently to senior leaders, product owners, and peers, demonstrating executive presence and delivering clear communications on milestone achievements.
    • Experience Requirement: Possess 8-12 years of relevant experience in similar roles.

    This position offers a 12-month contract term.
