AGM Tech Solutions, on behalf of the Client - a Global Technology Company, is hiring a

Hybrid/Remote

Position Title:
FCCM Functional Consultant

Position Summary:
In this role, you will work within a scrum team to bring the designs and ideas to life for new
capabilities within the Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA) Financial
Crimes and Compliance Management (FCCM) Customer Screening (CS), Know Your
Customer (KYC) and Enterprise Case Management (ECM) applications. You will work with
internal stakeholders, product managers, architects, software engineers, and more to plan,
design, develop, test, and implement solutions that support compliance requirements
impacting millions of employees.
You'll be a strong functional resource with multiple implementation experiences with Oracle's
OFSAA FCCM solutions for large institutions. Domain knowledge and subject matter expertise
on CS (Customer Screening), KYC (Know Your Customer) and ECM (Enterprise Case
management) is required.
You will demonstrate strong skills with analyzing user requirements, procedure, and problems to
automate/improve/optimize systems capabilities and performance. You will start your day on a
scrum call to prioritize and track work. Within the team you will work on assigned user stories to
work within a sprint cycle. You will spend most of your day configuring installed FCCM
applications modules

Further, you will:
Perform ongoing maintenance and support with Oracle EDQ.
Configure changes for Customer Screening using EDQ.
Improve performance of EDQ jobs.
Perform Customer Screening rule tuning.
Configure User Groups and security attributes for New Jurisdictions.
Identify and configure new alert types and new workflows using pmf.
Develop, implement and support OFSAA FCCM (Formerly Mantas) suite of products.
Demonstrate knowledge in OFSAA FCCM data models such as CASA and FCDM.
Assist production deployment.
Co-ordinate and collaborate with Oracle Support on problem ticket creation and
resolution.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

scheduled sprint demos, where you will present your work to stakeholders.

member in India one minute, meeting with leadership to review initiatives and tomorrow
handling a few ad hoc requests from your peers.
Influence and inspire confidence. You are comfortable presenting to senior leaders,
product owners, and peers with a compelling voice that you demonstrate through
executive presence, leading change, and creating clear executive-level communications
on milestone achievements.
Experience. You have 8-12 years of experience in relevant skills gained and developed
in the same or similar role.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:
You'll have a Bachelor's degree OR equivalent.
