aviation industry, located in
Hamburg Finkenwerder, we are currently looking for an open-minded
HR / Office Administration Assistant to join their team.
Responsibilities
- Support with HR topics, such as training planning, on/offboarding
- Acting as the timekeeping officer
- Coordination of service providers
- Data entry and maintenance in the ERP system
- Processing internal/external requests
- Fleet management (vehicle maintenance/damage/quotes/conversions/pickup and delivery organization)
- General office tasks, such as answering phones, placing orders, receiving goods, etc.
Requirements
- Completed commercial training as an office management assistant or equivalent qualification
- Previous work experience is an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office
- Proactive, strong communication and organizational skills
- Independent, structured and meticulous work style
- Flexibility, personal commitment and enjoyment of working in a team
