Controller for the administrative area (all genders)

STRONG TASKS

  • Coresponsibility for the commercial representation of business operations within the framework of the business management function, taking into account rules, methods, and tools, as well as active consulting and control in line with company goals
  • Contact person for the management of assigned departments regarding controllingrelevant matters
  • BAB analysis, commentary, and ongoing management of personnel, material, and investment budgets (investment and production aids) and their coordination with department heads, as well as preparation of monthly reports
  • Implementation of operational planning, midyear expectations, and cost center planning for the assigned area
  • Participation in departmental meetings, including reporting of relevant key figures and maintenance of the key figure system
  • Participation in and implementation of financial project controlling and support for commercial issues, e.g. implementation projects of operational and strategic initiatives in the administrative area, including conducting profitability calculations and cost comparisons
  • Support for price checks according to public price law for relevant
