**The Campbell Group** is a leading multi-line insurance broker, one of the largest in the state. Our office is conveniently located in Kentwood, on Broadmoor (M-37) just north of M-6. Our company is seeking motivated, organized, positive employees to join our team. We are excited to currently add to our team a **Support** **Specialist**. This role would be responsible for providing prompt, accurate, and courteous support. This entry level position provides opportunity for career growth.**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**

Issue Certificates of insurance

Assemble policy documents and prepare them for delivery to the client

Accessing carrier websites, retrieve and attach policy and related documents

Order motor vehicle reports (MVR)

Order loss run reports

Update various schedules in Microsoft Word and Excel, or Applied Agency Management System

Scan and attach (barcode or copier/scanner) paper documents

Print documents as needed to assist team members

Regularly assist and back up as needed for front desk receptionist

Routine and ad-hoc clerical or support assignments for individuals or departments as needed

**Education and/or Experience**

High school diploma or equivalent, required

One to three years office experience preferred, minimum of one year office experience required.

Knowledge of commercial insurance is a plus.

**Computer Skills** **:**

Basic PC skills including accurate typing, Microsoft products, Internet and email.

Advanced knowledge of Excel is helpful

Knowledge of Agency Management System is helpful

**Other Qualifications:**

Must be organized, detail oriented, and efficient with excellent verbal and written communication.

Must have a positive, team-oriented attitude.

Must have a high level of problem-solving including effective note taking and self-review.
