About Our ABA Clinic

With over three decades of experience in pediatric therapy, LLA Therapy adheres to the motto of assisting children in shining their brightest. We emphasize effective communication, continuous mentoring and support, collaboration among our core therapeutic disciplines, and equipping our professionals with the necessary materials and tools for success.

Position Details for the Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Clinic hours:
9:00 am to 5:00 pm
Intensive early intervention (ages 2-6)
Client caseload: Target of approximately 30 billable hours of consult

Essential Accountabilities for the Board Certified Behavior Analyst

- Perform comprehensive functional behavior assessments and create personalized treatment plans
- Educate RBTs, Behavior Technicians, and parents on client-specific treatment and behavior plans
- Provide continuous supervision, coaching, and mentoring to RBTs, Behavior Technicians, and fellows
- Collaborate with other professionals as necessary and contribute to maintaining a safe and positive learning environment for all clients and staff

Requirements:

- Master's degree in behavior analysis or related field from an accredited institution
- Active BCBA certification in good standing with the board
- Current COBA certification in Ohio state
- Possession of a valid Driver's license
- Proficiency in English (reading, understanding, and comprehending)
- Completion of FBI and BCI background check (if not already completed)
- Clinical experience in Applied Behavior Analysis, autism, child development, and training
- Positive, goal-oriented mindset with the ability to handle new assignments and collaborate effectively with others
- Capacity to thrive in a dynamic work environment with a focus on teamwork, customer service, and safe practices
- Ability to manage stressful situations and alignment with company culture and values
