Located just a few miles outside of D.C., Actfore is a data mining and forensics company that operates globally. With over 1,000 engagements delivered and with tools that are language agnostic, Actfore can meet your data mining needs across the globe with speed and accuracy.

We are an off-shoot of ActiveNav, a Data Governance software solutions provider with over 15 years of experience in providing off-the-shelf tools to address sensitive data and privacy requirements to clients around the world. As data experts with over 100 years of collective experience, we are a customer-centric company that does everything in our power to not only ease the impact of cyber-attacks but to do so in a way that exceeds our client's expectations. Actfore is dedicated to meeting the intricate data and privacy needs of clients across diverse industries, including Healthcare, Legal, Education, Public Accounting, and Service/Entertainment.

Job Description: We are currently hiring a talented and experienced Data Analyst II to contribute to our team. This mid-level position involves compiling and assessing data from various sources, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and relevance. The Data Analyst II will actively participate in discussions, conduct detailed examinations, and contribute to the improvement of methodologies. Additionally, they will collaborate with the team and may be involved in mentoring activities.

Responsibilities:

Compile data from diverse sources.
Monitor and assess data for accuracy, integrity, authenticity, expectancy, timeliness, and relevancy.
Contribute to group discussions to determine information relevancy related to priority requirements.
Conduct detailed examinations of gathered information.
Collaborate in the refinement and implementation of methodologies, processes, and procedures.
Collaborate with the team and engage in mentoring activities.

Qualifications:

BA/BS degree in finance, business management, public administration, engineering, or a related field.
2-3 years of relevant experience.
Proficiency in Excel.
Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Computer skills, including Word and PowerPoint.
Effective communication skills.
Analytical mindset.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
