POSITION TITLE:
Junior Data Analyst
***: Deep Mile provides training, change management, adoption and optimization support to Department of Defense (DOD) Military Treatment Facilities (MTFs) to enhance adoption of MHS GENESIS, the new Electronic Health Record (EHR) for Military Health System (MHS), to improve patient safety, improve health care quality, and drive standardization for MHS beneficiaries. This position will provide the data analysis support to a team that is working on utilizing the EHR data to make business decisions on end user engagement.
RESPONSIBILTIES:
- Lead development of reports, presentations, and models utilizing business data.
- Develop and execution of processes to improve efficiencies using both quantitative and qualitative analysis skills.
- Consolidate data from multiple databases and turn outputs into comprehensible dashboard and reports.
- Assist leadership team make data driven decisions by creating mathematical models.
- Preform monthly data scrubs to ensure accuracy.
- Assist with and respond to inquiries from newly onboarded employees regarding company and project policies and procedures.
- Support multiple teams leads across the team and have a general understanding of each team's goals.
- Development of deliverables to clients as well as other noncontractual artifacts
- Coordinate client calls and take meeting minutes.
- Support data calls and prepare briefings for clients and internal team meetings.
- Engage with Subject Matter Expert(s) to conduct research and develop content for business and internal documents and websites.
- Work will be performed at corporate office in Tysons Corner, Virginia for at least 3 days in a week.
- Coordinate onboarding activities for new employees such as project orientation, personnel security/clearance, relocation (if applicable), and new hire documentation.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field of study.
- Experience with Statistics modeling.
- Experience using Pivot Tables in Microsoft Excel.
- Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of team members and clients.
