    Litigation Associate Attorney (Mandarin-Speaking)

    We are in immediate need for a Mandarin-speaking Litigation Associate Attorney to work with a law firm located in the city of Irvine. Starting pay of $70,000 a year.

    Boutique law firm seeks a recent bar admittee or one year of experience (will train the right recent bar admittee) in civil litigation. The applicant must speak Chinese-Mandarin and should have relevant experience in propounding/responding to discovery, taking and defending depositions, managing document intensive cases, drafting dispositive motions, and preparing for trial. Excellent organization and communication skills, as well as a strong work ethic, are also critical for success in this position.
    • Practice areas include trust and estates litigation, family law, estate planning, business transactions and business litigation.
    • The associate will be expected to support all practice area of the firm depending on needs.
    • Our firm values quality of life and thus, there is no minimum billable hour requirement.

    Candidates must possess the following qualifications:
    • Must be admitted to and be in good standing with the CA State Bar.
    • Must speak Chinese-mandarin
    • Recent Bar admittee or one year of experience

    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: $70,000.00 per year
