Job Title: Associate Attorney - Commercial Litigation

Location: Irvine and Riverside, California

Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Associate Attorney with experience in commercial litigation to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling complex commercial disputes and a proven track record of success in representing clients in both state and federal courts.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a diverse caseload of commercial litigation matters from inception to resolution.
Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other legal documents.
Prepare for and participate in hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal team members.
Provide strategic advice and counsel to clients regarding litigation strategy and potential outcomes.
Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners on case strategy and development.
Ensure compliance with court deadlines and procedural requirements.
Maintain accurate and detailed case records and billing entries.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to the California State Bar in good standing.
2-4 years of experience practicing law with a focus on commercial litigation.
Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Commitment to delivering high-quality legal services and achieving client objectives.
Experience with electronic discovery platforms and litigation technology is a plus.

Additional Information:

This is a hybrid position, offering a combination of remote and in-office work arrangements.

Minimum billable hours requirement of 1800 hours annually.
