Sales Support Representative (m/f/d) - West Tawakoni, TX

We are currently seeking a Sales Support Representative - Order Processing (m/f/d) to join our innovative company, a manufacturer of refrigeration units, located in 50321 Brühl.


Your responsibilities:


  • Placing orders for refrigeration units
  • Coordinating delivery to customers
  • Handling complaints and returns
  • Possibly creating cost estimates for orders
  • Preparing order confirmations
  • Performing general administrative tasks

Your qualifications:


  • You have a commercial education
  • You are driven and motivated
  • Ideally, you have previous experience in order processing
  • Knowledge of SAP and English is an advantage
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in German
