Your responsibilities:

  • Managing and developing the Geotechnical department, including foundation engineering, special foundation planning, and civil engineering planning from a commercial, technical, and entrepreneurial perspective
  • Close collaboration with other departments
  • Client and contract acquisition
  • Key account management
  • Results responsibility

Your strengths:

  • Completed degree in civil engineering or geosciences/geology
  • Minimum of 5 years of solid professional experience, ideally in a leadership position
  • Extensive expertise in geotechnical engineering, soil mechanics, and foundation engineering
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and enjoyment of working with people
  • Project management experience
  • Independent, structured, and solutionoriented work style
