    This position can be based in any of the following areas within 90 minutes of a large airport:
    Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, or Southern Virginia


    Key Responsibilities:

    Deliver training presentations to engineers, architects, contractors, and wholesalersOversee regional sales territories as assigned - integrate customer satisfaction by facilitating communication with engineering, production, technical sales, and the customers.

    Mechanical engineer outreachStudy and understand building code standards and recommend specifications to engineersProduct management.

    Interdepartmental coordination for certain new product developments and product augmentationsCustomer training on technical fire life safety productsDirect sales support for regional manufacturers' representatives, including:
    Specifying mechanical engineersMultifamily architectsDesign
    • Build ContractorsManufacturers' RepresentativesWholesalersBuilding InspectorsMarket researchConsulting with the engineering design team to recommend and manage new products or product augmentations within a specific product familyQualificationsRequirements: Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, accredited OR Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Accredited.
    Minimum 3 years of professional experience (not including college internships)HVAC sales, construction, or trade experience preferredExperience in delivering presentations to large audiencesSkills and Abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skillsExcellent analytical and organizational skillsAbility to interpret sales data and recognize trendsMicrosoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams)A basic understanding of geometric and dimensional tolerances as applied to drawings and shop work preferredUse of CRM systems (Sales Logix, Sales Force, InforCRM, etc.)Interdepartmental communication skillsOrganizational ability to maintain a schedule and communicate schedule changes to the relevant partiesUnderstanding of manufacturing processesAbility to travel at least 50%Passionate, energetic, achievement-oriented personalityPositive attitude, ethics, and international values which support our company's values and a healthy, high-performance cultureATI Revit modelingInterpret AutoCAD detail drawingsUnderstand codes and requirements according to ASHRAE, SMACNA, NFPA, IBC, IMC, Leed & USGBC standards.
