- Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, toileting, and grooming.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, including but not limited to cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
- Provide companionship and engage in activities that enrich the lives of our clients.
- Assist with medication reminders as directed.
- Accompany clients to appointments and outings, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Maintain open communication with families and the care team regarding the client's health and well-being.
- Follow all policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure the safety and security of our clients.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in caregiving or a similar role is preferred but not required.
- A compassionate and caring demeanor.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
