Description
Your Responsibilities:
- Inbound and outbound telephone calls
- Telephone support for our customers
- Scheduling appointments over the phone
- Data maintenance
Your Qualifications:
- Completed commercial training and experience in the call center industry is advantageous, but not necessary
- You are a competent contact person who can keep track of things even in stressful situations
- High IT affinity, including knowledge of MS Office, is required
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and customer service orientation
- Enjoy working independently
- Good knowledge of English is desirable
