For our long-standing client Schmidt & Clemens in Lindlar, we are currently looking for:

several foundry workers (m/f/d) with the option of permanent employment with the client company

Good pay with additional dirt and shift allowance

Your tasks:


  • You will work in a team of 3 and produce steel pipes with casting furnaces
  • There will be comprehensive training to show and explain everything thoroughly
  • After the training phase, you will fill the raw material into the casting furnace yourself
  • You will control the temperature of the casting furnace using a spectrometer
  • Cleaning of the casting molds (molds)
  • Material transport with overhead crane

What you bring:


  • Manual dexterity, no formal education required
  • You should enjoy physical work
  • You don't mind working in a warm environment
  • Willingness to work in 3 shifts or continuous shifts
  • Car and driver's license are desirable
