Responsibilities:

- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a courteous and timely manner.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of company products, services, and policies.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Provide feedback and suggestions for improving customer service processes.
- Stay uptodate on industry trends and best practices in customer service.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Prior customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment.
- Demonstrated problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
