Job Summary:


Key Responsibilities:

Calendar Management: Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives and other staff members.

Document Preparation: Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.

Office Management: Maintain office supplies inventory, order new supplies as needed, and ensure office equipment is properly maintained.

Event Coordination: Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings, events, and conferences, including booking venues, arranging catering, and preparing materials.

Customer Service: Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing a welcoming and professional experience.

Project Assistance: Support various projects and initiatives as assigned by management, including conducting research and compiling data.


Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with office equipment and software.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management abilities; keen attention to detail.

Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team; strong interpersonal skills to interact with staff, clients, and vendors.
