COMPANY PROFILE

Our client is a publicly traded and globally active corporation in the consumer goods industry with an established and innovative portfolio of world-renowned brands.

We are currently seeking a Health and Safety Specialist (m/f/d) to join the Safety Team at our production site in Hinsdale, IL (approx.

400 employees). This is a permanent position.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Conduct risk assessments and create operating instructions, as well as train employees
Manage key performance indicators reporting
Serve as a point of contact for safetyrelated inquiries
Implement new occupational health and safety processes
Conduct inspections, internal audits, and machine acceptance tests in production

REQUIREMENTS

Completed technical training or degree with additional qualification as a Health and Safety Specialist or equivalent
Relevant work experience in occupational health and safety in the industry
Fluent in German and proficient in English
Experience with MS Office and SharePoint
Team player with the ability to work independently and effectively communicate knowledge
