- Answer inquiries regarding patients, clients, and doctor's offices regarding insurance, billing, invoicing, and other concerns
- Entering data into medical office software using ICD-10 billing and coding
- Filing insurance claims and adjustments
- Prepare for everything to be billed and check details are correct
- Other general office tasks as assigned
- Bright Tree software is preferred, not required
- Medical Sales/Industry knowledge a plus
- Must have knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- MUST be familiar and proficient with ICD-10 billing and coding software
- MUST have at least 1 year of experience processing billing and filing insurance claims, appeals, and adjustments
- MUST have good phone skills
- Must be able to work Monday - Friday, 7:30am-4:30pm
- Temporary to hire $16/hr and room for continued pay and growth
- Employee and holiday lunches from time to time.
