- Ability to perform maintenance on multiple properties in Houston;
- Make light repairs and adjustments on plumbing systems as needed;
- Repair interior and exterior finishes and drywall of properties;
- Repair electrical issues within properties;
- Simple blub changing
- Maintain touch-up paint and graffiti removal;
- Maintain and repair locksmith tasks;
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of properties and vacant spaces;
- Pressure washing and window cleaning
- Repair water pumps and fountains;
- Manage time wisely and productively while working independently;
- Able to complete tasks from start to finish;
- Assist other maintenance techs as necessary.
- High school graduate or G.E.D. required;
- Valid driver's license required;
- Minimum of two years general maintenance experience in commercial environment required;
- Minimum of two years of general plumbing and electrical experience required;
- Ability to do physical requirements such as stooping, climbing, and ability to lift 40 lbs. or more;
- Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions and complete reports, training will be provided; and
- Ability to work in and around Houston, TX.
