Maintenance Technician - Houston, United States - Gulf Electroquip
Description
Hands-on experience in the following areas:
- Electrical
- Hydraulics
- Fabrication
- Machinery setup and operation
- Bridge cranes
- General facility maintenance
- Support production equipment to ensure maximum availability
- Recommend equipment modifications and upgrades
- Develop and maintain preventative maintenance programs
- Maintain stock of repair parts for shop equipment
- Control maintenance expenses
- Direction of maintenance personnel
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Able to oversee capital projects
- All other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to detail, organized and computer literate
- Good verbal and written communication skills
Compensation/Benefits:
- Annual Hourly pay range from $20 to $25 based on experience and proficiency
