    Description

    A top-tier Financial Services Firm in Tampa, Florida is seeking a Futures Operations Associate

    Responsibilities:

    • Support Futures related post execution activities throughout the life of the trade
    • Pro-actively seek and drive opportunities to achieve straight-through processing and improve efficiency of settlement processes
    • Reconcile GMI to external reports such as carrying broker statements and exchange Clearing House data.
    • Trade booking and corrections, GMI
    • Daily review of management reports, GMI, Exchange data, reconciliations
    • Evaluating impacts of changes in regulatory and industry practices-CME, CBT, FIA
    • Develop and maintain management reporting and performance benchmarks
    • Trade settlement and reconciliation tracking, fee reconciliation, give up processing.
    • Coordinate with back office on trade and futures related issues

    Experience and Requirements:

    • Must have 5+ years of futures operations experience
    • Bachelor's degree required
    • Highly proficient in GMI
    • Must have a Series 3
    • Excellent Microsoft Office skills with a focus on Excel proficiency
