- Responsible for the hiring, training, and development of Quality Control personnel.
- Supports development of control material Qualification process. Works in conjunction with other departments to develop, qualify, and transfer the Qualification process, as applicable.
- Ensures maintenance of QC equipment qualification, calibration and maintenance.
- Participate in investigations for failures during Quality control testing; perform troubleshooting, process development, and improvement activities.
- Analyzes complex information from a fact-based standpoint to develop a strategy/plan that is consistent with the evidence collected.
- Coached team/others on how to leverage individual differences and strengths in the team to optimize decision-making and develop solutions.
- Sets and executes balanced goals for the team that are challenging and aspirational.
- High school degree with 8+ years of related experience OR
- Bachelors degree with 5 years of laboratory experience, OR
- Masters degree with 3+ years of laboratory experience.
- 2 years of supervisory experience
- Experience with analytical methods, and Microbiology testing.
- Manage changing conditions, processes, and approaches, and lead organizations through change effectively.
- Track record of measurable, operational improvements to Quality Systems related functions
- Experience in Quality Control Laboratory Operations
- Experience in Manufacturing Operations
- Experience with molecular diagnostics

The Quality Control Supervisor is responsible for ensuring adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) in all the manufacturing work cells and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) in all the manufacturing and Quality Control laboratories. It will include applying tactical skills in a collaborative environment with cross-functional departments.
A successful candidate must be a team player with a friendly can-do attitude. Organized with analytical capabilities and communication skills, independently motivated, a resourceful individual with the ability to prioritize and excel in a fast-paced environment. This position supports all labs and personnel for the Lodi Manufacturing organization with 24x7 operation.

The salary range . This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
