    Description
    Job Summary:
    Responsible for overseeing a small group or program, handling administrative tasks along with managing client caseload.
    Essential Responsibilities:
    • Provides budget recommendations.
    • Has a say in hiring decisions and oversees staffing across various programs.
    • Manages a specific program like IOP/Adolescent/Crisis Team, focusing on program design and implementation.
    • Monitors access indicators and oversees utilization management.
    • Kaiser Permanente regularly reviews compensation for positions, and may adjust job descriptions or switch positions from salaried to hourly pay.
    Basic Qualifications: Experience
    • Minimum of two (2) years of post-license, paid experience in an outpatient setting as part of a psychiatric treatment team under licensed supervision.
    Education
    • Requires a Masters degree in applied behavioral science.
    License, Certification, Registration
    • Must hold a license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (California) OR Licensed Clinical Social Worker (California) OR Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (California).
    • National Provider Identifier is mandatory upon hire.
    Additional Requirements:
    • Familiarity with state regulations concerning ethics, treatment, patient rights, and confidentiality.
    • For Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, must fulfill couples and families requirement within two (2) years of employment.
    • Ability to work in a Labor/Management Partnership environment is necessary.
