    The Quality Control Technician Supervisor is responsible for ensuring adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) in all the manufacturing work cells and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) in all the manufacturing and Quality Control laboratories.

    Organized with analytical capabilities and communication skills, independently motivated, a resourceful individual with the ability to prioritize and excel in a fast-paced environment.

    This position supports quality testing and personnel for the Lodi Plastics Manufacturing organization with 24x7 operation.

    This position is part of the Quality Control Team and will be in Lodi, CA. This is a Day Shift Position supporting the supervision of Day, Swing, and Grave shifts. Responsible for the hiring, training, and development of Quality Control Technicians.
    Ensures maintenance of QC equipment – qualification, calibration, and maintenance.
    Participate in investigations for failures during Quality control testing; perform troubleshooting, process development, and improvement activities.

    High school degree with 8+ years of related experience OR Bachelor's degree with 5 years of laboratory experience, OR Master's degree with 3+ years of laboratory experience.

    ~2 years of supervisory experience (Indirect People Management experience can be substituted for Direct supervisor experience)
    ~ Manage changing conditions, processes, and approaches, and lead organizations through change effectively.
    ~ Track record of measurable, operational improvements to Quality Systems related functions

    Experience in Quality System Processes
    Experience in Manufacturing Operations
    Experience with molecular diagnostics
