Seeking an Office Administrative Assistant that is reliable and capable of handling the daily operations at a Pool Service Company.
Responsibilities:
============
Answer telephone, answer questions and provide customers and non
- customers.
Assisting Pool Service technicians that have questions and concerns while on route.
Sign up potential customers for Pool Service.
Check in supervisors at the end of each day and run credit card for inspections.
Process Work Orders-received from technicians, mark as complete, Process technician issues from previous day.
Keep Monthly calendar updated
Create New Customer Files and assign to route.
Daily Miscellaneous duties as assigned by other departments.
Skills/Requirements:

Good work ethics. Positive personality. Willing to learn and improve.
Ability to enforce Safety Rules
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
Excellent customer service, phone, and communication skills.
Able to prioritize, multi-task, and handle the busy summer
Monday-Friday schedule 8:00-5:00.
Must have at least 3 years administrative skills, no pool service experience required.
Wages discussed during the interview.
Pay:
From $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
