Clinical Supervisor / Parent Trainers:


The Clinical Supervisor works with the Clinical Director and a team of BCBAs and Behavior Therapists to provide a range of applied behavior analytic (ABA) assessment and clinical services for children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorders and related developmental disabilities.

The Clinical Supervisor consults, provides training to caregivers, and conducts behavioral evaluations of clients and designs behavior and individual support plans for clients.

The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for coordinating, scheduling, communicating and continually evaluating the effectiveness of functional assessments, behavioral evaluations, behavior plans and individual education plans for clients on their caseload.

The Clinical Supervisor is a clinical teacher who educates, observes, assesses, and supervises the educational activities and service delivery of Behavior Therapists trainees and BCBAs.

The Clinical Supervisor is required to adhere to the BACB's Ethics Code for Behavior Analysts, as well as all regulatory and statutory rules of the Board of Medicine for the State of CA.

The Clinical Supervisor maintains a weekly billable caseload of service hours as directed by the Clinical Director.


Registered Behavior
Technician
(RBT):

The RBT is a paraprofessional certification in behavior analysis.

RBTs assist in delivering behavior analysis services and practice under the direction and close supervision of a Clinical Supervisor or BCBA, who are responsible for all work RBTs perform (BACB, 2022).


Essential Functions:


  • Provide direct therapy in individual sessions.
  • Complete weekly program writing and maintain the client's program book.
  • Assists Clinical Supervisor with implementing individualized goals and checklists.
  • Implements individualized treatment plans as written and directed by the Clinical Supervisor or BCBA.
  • Collects accurate data and graphs data as instructed.
  • Maintains dignity and confidentiality for all clients.
  • Maintains and protects the wellbeing of all clients.
  • Completes and returns session notes and other paperwork on time and manages client Private Health Information or PHI in accordance with HIPAA.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and the ability to meet CA's driving requirements
  • Dependable means of transportation
