    Description

    Clark College - Associate Director of Records

    Clark College is seeking a detail-oriented Associate Director of Records to join their Human Resources department. This full-time position plays a crucial role in managing public records and ensuring compliance with state regulations.

    Position Responsibilities

    • Respond to document requests from various entities, including labor unions and legal inquiries.
    • Manage records retention and disposal processes following state guidelines.
    • Coordinate internal educational efforts on records management.
    • Act as a central resource for Public Records Act compliance.
    • Stay updated on M-365 regulations and assist staff with related queries.

    Qualifications

    • Associate degree in relevant field.
    • 3 years of experience in office or records management.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, and other software.
    • Ability to interpret laws and rules effectively.
