Trainee Program Construction Management

Your Future Tasks:

Getting to know the organization and processes and supporting construction management / senior construction management
Implementation of your own construction projects after an individual training period from planning to acceptance
Identifying and pursuing additional work
Coordination and management of personnel and subcontractors
Support and collaboration in specialized departments such as cost estimation, procurement, and machinery technology

What You Bring:

Completed technical degree or constructionrelated training with relevant further education
First practical experience in the construction industry
Commitment and willingness to learn, creativity, and flexibility
Independent and goaloriented work as well as teamwork
Solid knowledge of MS Office
