Quaker City, OH is looking for a Climate Hero/Heroine
Are you a civil engineer, architect, HVAC planner, construction technician, carpenter/mason master, or heating/plumbing master/technician? Are you currently working in energy consulting or interested in pursuing it in the future? Then join us as an energy consultant/planner (m/f/d) and become a Climate Hero/Heroine.
We plan a variety of projects, both small and large:
residential, industrial, and commercial buildings in new construction or existing structures, as well as listed historical buildings
Our specialty:
efficient specialist planning for sustainable buildings.
Responsibilities:
- Processing customer inquiries (commercial and private) in energy consulting and handling the entire process from customer consultation to project completion
- Energy consulting and concepts for private, municipal, and commercial clients including historical buildings
- Energyefficient planning / creation of calculations and proofs for the Building Energy Act (GEG) and funding guidelines (BEG, KfW, BAFA)
- Support for our clients in funding applications
- Creation of energy certificates for residential/nonresidential buildings
- Building physics investigations especially heat bridge calculations
- Construction supervision
- If interested: thermal simulation of buildings and further development of sustainable construction/life cycle assessment, etc.
