Description
We are seeking an experienced Scheduler with a proven track record and exceptional verbal and written communication skills to join our Project Controls team.
As an experienced Scheduler, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, reviewing project schedules, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring timely and efficient project execution.
With over 10 years of experience in scheduling and a strong focus on communication, you will play a critical role in driving project success and fostering collaboration among project teams.
Responsibilities:
- Project Scheduling: Develop detailed project schedules by review and understanding of project scopes and active engagement with project teams, using Primavera P6 and MS Project scheduling software, based on project requirements, milestones, and deliverables

Participate in lessons learned sessions, contribute to process improvements, and share best practices to enhance scheduling efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. 10+ years of experience in project scheduling, preferably in the construction, engineering, or manufacturing industry. Experience in vertical construction, jail construction, and transportation and infrastructure projects is a plus.
- Advanced Proficiency Primavera P6 is required. Experience with other scheduling software such as Microsoft Project is a plus.
- Strong understanding of scheduling methodologies, critical path analysis, resource leveling, delay analysis, and earned value management.
- Excellent communication skills, including written and verbal communication, presentation skills, and the ability to effectively communicate complex schedule information to diverse audiences.
- Detailoriented with a focus on accuracy, data integrity, and quality assurance in scheduling processes.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing project requirements.
- Certifications from AACE International are a plus.

Compensation Range:
$107, $143,268.00
